Best Part of My Day

Had a great rheumatology tute and picked up some good techniques for examining lymph nodes. But probably the best part of my day today was a chance to play some tic-tac-toe with a patient while waiting for new admissions. The way he laughed and smiled after he beat me a bunch of times was priceless...
